Aditya J. Patwardhan Biography 
Aditya J. Patwardhan is a film director, producer and scriptwriter from Jaipur, Rajasthan. This award winning film director has directed many short films and music videos too. Best known for his short film, Red House by the Crossroads (2015), this particular short film won Best Short film Award at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards. It was also showcased at Cannes Film Festival 2015 in Cannes Short Film Corner section. He shot many popular music videos including the very popular "Katra Katra", and is known for frequent association with the musician and composer Gaurav Bhatt.
His full name is Aditya Jayant Patwardhan. He was born on September 12, 1989 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He is a member of Patwardhan family of the Chitpavan community of Maharashtra. He completed Computer Engineering in 2011 from Jaipur, Rajasthan, and later concentrated his work in Jaipur itself. He started his professional career with short films and music videos, which he directed. Later he diversified his work and made documentaries, series pilots etc. Many of his shot music videos have been showcased in MTV and other music channels. Also his short films have been showcased at prestigious film festivals, and earning awards too.
Kyu Jata Hai, Mora Mann and Katra Katra are the songs composed by musician and singer Gaurav Bhatt which made him a popular artist of MTV and social media. He started directing short films in 2013, and some of his noted works include - Vandarg, Society Black, Singularity, Red Souls, Rose thorn etc, and he has also done one TV movie, Torn. In 2015 he made the documentary film, Eastern Shores of the Western World.
