Adil Ibrahim Biography

Adil Ibrahim is a popular TV host, model and radio jockey, who has appeared in a few Malayalam movies too. He currently hosts the popular show, D3 - D 4 Dance on Mazhavil Manorama since 2016. Pearly Maaney is his co-host for the show. He played supporting roles in Mollywood films – Endless Summer, Nirnnayakam, Sughamaayirikkatte, Thirundhuda Kadhal Thiruda etc. He is to mark his debut in the lead role through the horror film – Bhayam. The movie is slated to release in 2016.

He was born in Dubai to Malayali parents. His family hails from Tirur, Kerala. He has four siblings. He spent his younger days in Dubai, where he completed his education. Adil completed his degree in Chemical engineering from BITS Pilani, Dubai. Then he had a brief stint in his professional career, working with Nakheel group and Tetra before he recognized his real passion – cinema. In 2009 he joined Asianet as an anchor for the show, ‘You, Me and Dubai’, which made him immensely popular. Later he anchored shows for Amrita TV and Media One channels too. While at Dubai he also worked as radio jockey for RadioMe - 100.3 FM Dubai for nearly two years. Through the shows - ‘Morning Madness’, ‘Ramadan Nights’ and ‘Cocktail’ he gained popularity as an RJ.

After that he got offers from ads, short films and Malayalam movies too. He made his big screen debut through 2014 film, Endless Summer, where he got opportunity to share screen space with two National award winning actors – Salim Kumar and Seema Biswas. Since then he played a few supporting roles on small screen, though he is still to make a mark as a film actor. Adil is still popular among Malayali audience as a popular TV host.
