Additi Gupta Biography

Additi Gupta is a popular television actress best known for her debut television serial, Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, in which she played lead role opposite Harshad Chopra. This show was aired during 2008-2010. She has played protagonist roles in Zindagi Kahe - Smile Please and Badalte Rishton Ki Dastaan and played antagonist’s role in Sanjog Se Bani Sangini. She was among the winning group of dance reality show, Zara Nachke Dikha. Apart from doing regular roles, she has also appeared in cameo roles in other series throughout her acting career. Most recently she appeared in Yeh Hai Aashiqui of UTV Bindaas, the show based on real life love stories. She appeared in one of its episode playing the lead role of Ganga.  

Her real name is Aditi Kaur Gupta and she belongs to Bhopal, MP. Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil opposite Harshad Chopra marked her successful small screen debut. This single role earned her success and popularity and the chemistry with her lead actor was well appreciated too. The pair won Best New Onscreen Couple award at New Talent Awards 2008 and Favourite Jodi at Star Parivar two times. She regularly performs in events and has also made guest appearance in many popular serials on special occasions.

At present she is dating Rizwan Bachav, a friend of Ekta Kapoor, the personality who launched her to the world of television. Though she was earier linked to her Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil co-star Harshad Chopra, they both denied the news. She is popularly called Heer, the character she played in her debut serial. Her close friends call her Audi.
