We have a popular saying in our country where people have different skin colors that color of skin is not important but its glow. People especially women wish to keep their skin as glowing and healthy as they can. Just look at your own skin and decide whether it is as healthy and glowing as it should be or you need some precautionary measurements to remove pigmentations, dark marks, acne or sunburns.

Apart from these problems, aging too leaves its marks on your skin. Women can keep away from such problems if they follow few simple points in their mind to safeguard their skin from these unwanted problems easily.

Keep away from stresses

Stresses make women easy prey due to many reasons, which is cause of aging signs on their skin irrespective of their real age. If women can learn the art of living stress free life, their skin would not have aging signs even in older age. Another reason that causes women aging marks or oily skin is discharge of oils from skins during their monthly periods. Women who suffer from loose skin should take vitamin C and vitamin A to supplement their needs.

If you are under twenty

You must add items containing proteins like milk, curd, cheese, lentils, sprouted items, etc to control your body oils besides consumption of enough water is must to keep your skin moisturized, you should use sun screen lotion and moisturizers to protect your skin from sunburns. Drinking 3-5 liters of water is almost necessary to keep your body in perfect shape. I must add here that water helps your body in different other ways to keep you healthy and fit. 

If you are over twenty

Although most women think that skin-lotions and toners, etc are for women over forty but the fact is that women in their mid twenties onward need these to keep their skin healthy for longer time. You should use cleansing milk after washing your face before going to bed and use a good quality toner. Finally use a moisturizer to massage your face and neck to keep your skin well toned and wrinkles free. You should go for an occasional facial treatment in a cosmetic clinic.
