As per common belief, we are responsible for pollution of the environment but this statement is true to very limited extent because most of the pollution is generated by big governments and trust me bigger the government more the pollution. Governments all over the world are not much worried for common person and not the least for future generations.

We can do very small to environment as far giving or taking goes but it is on developed countries to stop it although they keep blaming developing countries. We can at the most help grow more trees and can keep our fridge at a lower point to consume a little lesser energy or color our houses by lighter shades to prevent energy.

This all counts

However, one thing is for sure that if you cannot afford to live outside big polluted cities, what you need to do is support your health with whatever best diet consisting antioxidants etc. Eat as much fruits, vegetables, fibers and drink as much water as possible.

Having enough rest and repairing yourselves from the damages only can help you live a longer life and lessen effects of pollution. We have a choice left for us and that is not to go out to get rid of fowl gases containing poison.

However, it sounds very discouraging again that we either should use a mask or not go out A very frustrating situation indeed. We can only live with the idea that our air has become as much polluted which cannot help us breath normally any more. Mother Nature is being harassed and suppressed by increasing pressure of pollution from all-around.

As I think and said many a times that there is no way out as the computers in use at this very moment too are responsible for pollution to a certain extent. these too are emitting some bad gases to contaminate air and not to forget Google's search engines allover the world are using lots of energy to keep us updated, this all take lots of oils and coal to burn to generate energy to keep their search engines going.
