Take Care Of Your Heart - Be Careful

 

Tension and problems

This is easy to tell others to live a tension-free life but it is not easy to live peacefully in present day world where you have so many problems to face in our daily life. Fact is we pass through so many stresses every day that these tensions convert into hypertensions and gradually into heart problems. The way life styles are changing, we are at risk of heart related problems than ever before but keeping a vigil on our current lifestyle, we can avoid such risks up to a certain extent.

Regular checkup of heart

It is advised to have a regular heart checkup at least once in a year after the age of forty, this is more important if you have family history of hypertension, cholesterol or heart diseases which needs more tests like ECG and Lippy profile.

Exercise is must

Although exercising is must for every one but it has more significance for heart and blood pressure patients as cardio exercising keeps your blood pressure, cholesterol under control but you should contact your doctor and practice of this exercises should be under his guidance to avoid adverse effects.

A- Generally, a regular cardio-exercise for 20-30 minutes and light jogging or long walks prove good for heart and blood pressure related problems.

B- A resistance exercise that involves lightweight exercising is another good way to keep your joints and bones strong, these exercises bring ‘good feelings’ which help you stay tension free.

C- Stretching exercises are also helpful to keep you stress free, another way to remain tension free.

Our diet is crucial

Lifestyle has made a big impact on our eating habits especially the fast foods. The way we have increased the use of Pizza, Burger, French fries, Hotdogs, Samosa, Pakora etc is leading us to heart related problems at faster rate. The oils and ingredients used in these items deposit cholesterol in our arteries which cause blockage and circulation of blood disturbed. Heart related problems have very close connections with our eating habits therefore, we should take very strict care of what we eat.

Sleeping habits

Again, it is easy to tell others but most of us are not that careful with our sleeping habits also We sleep late and getup early due to demands of our work and fall easy prey to sleep disorder which is not healthy for our heart. Therefore, if we change our sleeping habits we can perhaps avoid heart rlated problems more effectively.
