Getting a good night's sleep has enormous effect on everything we do during the day. Every one might have observed this at one time or the other. You know what you are required to do to succeed and for that you will work late at any rate.

If you recount this and do things very often, make an effort to go to sleep in time in the following days.  Observe the difference in your decisions, energy and your way of thinking. People find themselves doing this when they do not take any amount of time in the late afternoon. Be familiar with patterns of behaviour that are not helping you, and take a decision to modify them.
