I love to walk, run and swim

I love to swim and run, and trust me that is not just for fun but to keep myself fit. You know I have been swimming ever since I was nine although I did not know any health benefits of swimming. People thought I was crazy because I never came out of River once I entered it before 4-5 hours.

The city we were living was situated on both banks of the river and a bridge over the river was the only way to take us to other part of the city. I generally used my bicycle to go to my school, which was located on other side of the river from my residence a good three kilometer of distance to cover by road.

But if I would walk for about half a kilometer to reach to the river and cross the river by swimming it, a walk of about 400 meters was enough to take me to my school. I would generally go to my badminton practice in the evening by walking to the river and then swimming to other bank of river to walk the remaining distance to my school. That was fun and probably the beginning of my love for physical activities.

Addicted to exercises

Later I got so used to these exercises that I could not live without running, swimming, my badminton practice and other outdoor sports even for a day but only while it was raining and outing was not possible for such activities. However, I invented another way to combine all my hobbies, into one while I started to go to rain-dance functions organized on commercial basis in different clubs and hotels on rooftops with heavy music to make events wonderfully popular.

Secret of my fitness

Now I am no more going to rain-dance functions held on commercial basis but doing this in a park just opposite my own house where I dance with children without any musical equipment but in lot more cheerful way. Whenever a new person who does not know about my real age asks me my age and widens his eyes, I give all credit to my exercising habits I developed during all these years.
