Children of modern World had changed a lot than the children of olden period. Earlier children used to respect and obey their parents and elders. But now they refuse to obey anything they ask to do. They have a feeling as if the world is under them. They think they know everything and don’t need anyone’s advice. But the real thing is that they know very little about this world. Parents and elders know much more than children because they have seen the world more than the children and have more experience than them. Therefore it would be more appropriate to take their advice before doing anything. That will bring us a better result. But today’s children consider parents opinion as rubbish. The result is that they will see failure at the end.

Studying well or scoring good mark is not a big thing. The basic thing a child or student need is good behavior or a good personality. Everything else matters only after this basic quality. A person will not stay in the minds of people if he studies well and takes up a position in the society if he does not have a good behavior. But in fact, a person having a good behavior and respect towards elders will be remembered by everyone even if he doesn’t have other qualities.

Earlier elders were the head of houses. They determined everything that happens in the house. But now they are treated as if they are enemies to their children. They are not allowed to take any decisions. They should obey their children if they want to live there. Some parents are even sent to old age homes by their children nowadays. We should remember that they are the reason what we are now. Because of their love and care only we are living now. They gave us food, clothes, and shelter. So now it’s time to pay them back … pay them back with our love and affection. They really need it now.

So we should never forget to love and care our parents and elders. We should never reject them or disrespect them. We should always care for them and respect them.
