Panambur used to be a dangerous beach

Panambur beach, known to be one of the most dangerous for deaths it saw during last couple of decades although the overall drowning deaths reported during 2011 alone were almost twenty eight thousand allover Indian beaches.

 Now visitors to Panambur are comparatively safe, thanks to Yathish Baikampady the former manager of state bank of India, who is now spending his full time taking care of tourists coming to this beach.

The beach is amongst the best-maintained beaches of India at Mangalore town situated in Karnataka state along the Arabian Sea. Tourist can have all the fun here but beware you are not allowed to booze here.
