Life At BPO

 

Employees working at BPO are considered as a Hard working employee for less income escpecially peoples who working at Domestic BPO companies. They are considered as a back bone or a standingpillars for that particular companies, all employees are pushed to achieve or asked to finshed their Day- to- Day targets by attending the most number of outbond and inbond calls from various clients or customers related to their distributing produced products in orderto make their produced finished goods well advanced, the management force their employess to make known of the particular product and helping them to reach the customers.Sometimes if they didnt finish their given work for the particular day,the team leaders may ask the employee to work for extra hours as OT.

 

Each employee must work for nearly 9 to 10 hours a day as a daily part of a work.Though the mangement gives abundant works which has to be done by the employees but they wont provide any courtesy relief for their employees.Some of the students ends up their educational carrier with pending backlogs and beacause of that they wont get any professional jobs and hence they will land over their carrier in BPO companies. At the time of public and government holidays the mangement ask their employees and their co- workers to work during their holiday time.Some times even if they want to leave for their native place also the wont give leaves to go to their native place but only under accepted reasonable leaves they provide leave as a holiday .By providing the minimum amount and minimum facilities they squeeze their employees till they finish their works.

 

 

After achieving their individual targets at the time of quarterly performance program they will provide only a less satisfaction to their employees by giving free bonus cards or food coupons.By facing all these difficulties the employees cope up with their own individual talents and maintain as though  that they can finish their targets as soon as possible and can able to submit within the given period of time.They live a stressfull life through out the month or may be a year .They face many sympotoms while continuos work over the phones, they face headache, tiredness, restless work,eye pain and many more.

 

Some employees work till they finish clearing their educational backlogs and move on to other professional companies.Some of the employee will enjoy only during their training period which will be maximum for a month then later they have to finish their daily scheduled test to be completed at a good percentage. Once if they get through all the tests they'll get hit to the floor and they will be asked to attend either inbond calls or else the outbond calls.By this they'll continue their stressfull life at Bpo. The only advantage which is added is just normally like the employees and the other employees they will get to know each other.So that it helps in making better strong foundation among the employees
