Insurance Sector Not Taking Proper Care Of Customers

 

What is happening to marketing guys!

I think these guys are over confident and not interested in business any more. People who used to grab the opportunity without giving any chance to other competitors are taking things too very easily. I am surprised to see the shabby ways they are tackling their ‘would be’ customers. I have been trying to track a good insurance provider for last couple of days and goggling desperately.

I short listed 5-6 companies and give them calls for their offers, although they responded but not in a manner that could close the deal. I am still trying to makeup my mind whether I should go for company A or B. They are acting too busy and formal for my comfort level. I may not take a decision best suitable for me just because either they are too formal or too lazy. As a marketing professional myself, I am not finding the response as satisfactory. 

Travel Insurance is must

As we, all know that travel insurance is mandatory for visitors to other countries to cover them from untoward incidents and every one has to take it according to his tour program. There are certain other formalities like age group etc to ascertain the premium to pay for every person. Not only age but also you have to see if some one is suffering from diseases which may have added risk like heart or diabetes related.

The premium is calculated keeping all these things in consideration and that is where the need of a quotation comes into play otherwise the matter is as simple as 1-2-3. My problem is that I have a small health related problem and looking for insurance cover that would cover me from pre existing diseases.

Now, I know it for sure that the companies’ executives offering insurance covers mostly keep customers in dark because what they assure verbally is not always the same as they write in very small letters called fine print. That is what making me puzzled because my experiences in past do not allow me to trust them fully and there is nothing much I can do  into the matter as I have to travel and there is no way I can travel without an insurance cover. Did you ever felt the same that service providers are taking their customers too lightly?
