Some people skin glows well and some peoples skin will be dull. We may feel what is this difference and we may think the peoples whose skin glows well are having costly cosmetics and visiting beauty parlors regular. But it is not true. 10. Carrot

Carrot contains vitamin A. vitamin A help us in not getting wrinkles. Most of the beauty products are manufactured using vitamin A. Try to have the food which contains vitamin A, and then there will be no need to use beauty products. Vitamin A is also available in milk, eggs, Pumpkin and carrot.

11. Coconut oil

Apply coconut oil to your body and massage finely once in a week.
