Kajol – The super actress of Bollywood! Even if 22 years have passed since she joined the industry, her popularity hasn’t faded yet. People still become mad seeing her along with King Khan. But do you know, despite being the most sought of Bollywood for the past 2 decades, she hasn’t acted with many leading actors of Bollywood more than once. Yes, it’s true. Through this column, I would like to mention the name of a few such successful heroes of Bollywood with whom she has been paired only once. Also, most surprising part is that those movies were successful at box office too. Yet why haven’t they been paired again for the second time? Do you know, though she has done maximum movies with Shah Rukh Khan, she has been paired with rest two Khans only once till now?

Aamir Khan: Aamir Khan and Kajol have acted together for the first time in Ishq in 1997. At that time, Aamir Khan was paired opposite Juhi Chawla – The last time they appeared onscreen together and decided that they will never act again as pairs. Kajol was paired with Ajay Devgan, the time when deep romance was rooted in both people’s heart. Pairing of Aamir Khan and Kajol first and last time happened in Fanaa in 2006. Audience appreciated their Jodi too.

Salman Khan: Pairing of Salman Khan and Kajol was made in 1998 with the movie ‘Pyar kiya to darna kya’. Though the movie was not a big hit in the box office, their pairing was appreciated. Actually it was the comeback movie of Salman Khan with the song ‘O o jaane jaane’ in new avatar.

Anil Kapoor: ‘Hum aapke dil mein rehthe hain’ – This family melodrama happened exactly in the same year Kajol got married. Both the movie and its performances were well appreciated by audience. Couple also looked so good in the movies. Yet they never appeared together again.

Now let me mention a few more names though not as big as the three names mentioned above. Gupt opposite Bobby Deol, Minsara Kanavu (Sapne) opposite Aravind Swamy and Prabhudeva, Dushman oppiste Jus Arora and Sanjay Dutt, Kuch khatti kuch meeti opposite Sunil Shetty, We are Family opposite Arjun Rampal, Yeh Dillagi opposite Akshay Kumar, Hote hote pyar ho gaya opposite Jackie Shroff and Bequdi opposite Kamal Sadanah. What an amazing record! Majority of these movies were critically well acclaimed and commercial success too!
