Foot Care Tips

 

We do many things to keep our face very beautiful. We usually give more importance to our face beauty, but not for our feet. We should give more importance to our feet also. Field workers those who are always in the heat of sun are affected more  comparing to others. They lose the smoothness of feet from the heat of the sun. The heat absorbs the oils of the feet. Without spending the money, we can create the natural spa in our home itself. 

Step 1

When start maintaining our feet, first we have to remove our nail polish. The Acetone nail polish remover is used for removing the nail polish. It will be available in Fancy stores. If you use it, the fingers are well Brighty.

Step 2

After removing the nail polish, nails should be cut. A lot of women want to have long nails. They usually don't wish to cut the nails. Removing nails are good for our health. If you are not cutting your nails, dirt will go inside into your nail. If you wish to keep the nails, don't keep it as so long.

Step 3

After the first two steps, keep your feet in warm water with a little salt. Soak your feet in the warm water for 7 - 10 minutes. The dirt and the dead cells of the feet will be removed when doing this. 

Step 4

After finishing it rub your feet with smooth brush. This step is the most important one. All dirt in the nook and corners on the feet will be removed.

Step 5

After finishing this, put baking soda in warm water and soak your feet 4 - 5 minutes. The remaining dirts on your feet also removed when doing this. 

Step 6

After that their feet should be massaged by lemon. You have to rub the nails with lemon. It is an important one. After finishing all this, you should wash your legs with cold water. 

Final Step

Finally apply a moisturizing cream or body lotion for your feet. Your feet will be very beauty when doing this. 

Some other tips for feet care

  • Check your feet daily.
  • Check for any signs that is cut, redness, cracks, swelling and the signs should be reported to the doctor immediately.
  • Cut your nails frequently and smooth the edges of the nail.
  • Don't use the same shoes for years. You can change it once every six months.
  • Wash your legs before entering into your home.
  • Purchase the right shoes
