Eggless Chocolate Cake

 

On Christmas Eve include this tasty Eggless chocolate cake with other items which you usually prepare for the Christmas celebrations. Serve this Egg less cake for the vegetarian eating guests who visit your house for sharing your happiness in the celebration of the festival. They will be happier as they feel you have specially made this chocolate Eggless cake for them.

Ingredients

Sugar – 1 cup

Curd – 1 cup

Refund oil – ¾ cup

Maida – 1 3/4cup

Cocoa powder – 7 spoons

Cooking soda – 1 spoon

Vanilla essence – 1 spoon

Milk – ¼ cup

Method of preparation

Sieve Maida flour, soda powder and cocoa powder separately. Now mix oil and sugar thoroughly. Then beat this mixture again using wooden spoon. Now add curd in this mixture and finely beet the mixture again using a wooden spoon or beater so that the curd gets mixed well. Now add all the sieved ingredients one by one into the mixture. Keep stirring while adding these ingredients so that lumps does not form in the mixture. Then add vanilla essence and milk into this mixture. Mix them thoroughly and pour the mixture into a microwave vessel spread mixture evenly in the vessel. Then place the vessel into microwave for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes remove it and then invert the vessel on a plate. Hence cake is ready. Now we need to top the cake with a chocolate icing and then garnish with chocolate curls.

Ingredients for chocolate Icing

Cocoa powder – 4 spoons

Icing sugar – 100 grams

Warm water – 4 to 5 spoons

Vanilla essence – 4 spoons

Method of preparation

Sieve cocoa powder and Icing sugar separately. Now mix them both and then add warm water in it. Mix thoroughly so that it becomes a paste form. The mixture should be a bit slippery also. So that, we can top the cake directly with this mixture and therefore, the mixture slowly goes inside the cake.

Few important things to follow while preparing Eggless chocolate cake in an electrical oven :

While cooking in the electrical over, we have to use aluminum tin to pour the mixture and bake for half an hour by setting 180 degree centigrade. When you use a cup and a spoon as measurement to prepare this cake then you need to keep in mind that 1cup =200gms and 1 spoon =5gms. You need to follow the correct measurement because a small difference in the measurement will spoil the taste of the cake. Pour the mixture half of the aluminum vessel only and then bake.

We can even prepare this cake using normal cooker also.
