Child care is a very important task to every parent. Parents always think about their children and about their future and life. In childhood children are not serious about them, they can not think what is wrong and what is right, so parents should take this responsibilities and yes they do it. They guide them and help them to take proper decision. They help them in studies and in every step of life. In joint family it is quite easy but now a days in most nuclear family it is some difficult to look after them always. In some family both parents have to go out to do work. Then it becomes more difficult. In joint family there are many members to do this.

Parents should not bypass this duty even after many distresses due to workload. They should give some times to their children everyday. They should treat them as friend as children may also behave like their friend and then they will also share their problem and will try out to find solution of problems. Children should not get fear about their parents, if so then they may hide many things.

Now about career and here parents are the right person to help them. Educational load is too much now and there is a lot of competition there. Parents should not force to do anything against their willing. Parents should encourage them always and should allow them to choose their right path. If any child does not want to study in science stream and wants to go in commerce or any other stream then taking science stream may be extra load to him/her. Every stream has many scopes to build future. Any work with full interest and encourage will help them to practice more and also to do hard work.

One point is also very important that completion is good but compare with others always may not be good always. Now there are many professional people who can give proper suggestions to parents as well as students to build their career. Give some example of hardworking people who are successful in lfe. There is no alternative of hard work, discipline, honesty.
