Real estate in the  state has  really gone to a very high level so to say today's trend of real  estate is sky is the limit few decades before much importance was not given to real estate. But due to globalization, people getting educated, going for jobs, disintegration in joint family,infrastructure development, industrial revolution today real estate. is really making a break through. everybody  wants to purchase a house on his own either constructed or readymade as the economic condition of people has improved and still improving people take much interest in investing in real estate.

Days were those when the entire family used live in single room but today situation is such that every individual in the family wants single room that too with modern facilities, whether modern facilities is available or not at least a modern should be present to run the computer. Today the world can be called as computer world rather than modern world since all the excellent designs, structures that are present in the buildings are taken only from the computer by using appropriate engineering  technology.
       

Everyday we get shocked when we see that the countries population is rising more than hundred crores but the  real estate owners are really happy when their land value is rising in crores  but it has no negative impact on the purchaser as he also smiles  since the value of his proprties is also in crores & even if he is short of funds he approaches the bank  to get a loan the bank is also very happy in extending a loan  Real estate  which was only a broking firm on those days has become an industry now a days since the invested amount after a few years the returns are many fold since more demand is there from purchase side. The unprecedented development  in I T field & high salaries have kept the real estate in really not a hesitating position to buy lands & building at any cost. few decades before in chennai.

LIC was the highest building with 14 floors where in people used to see that as a tourist spot with fingers crossed on  their nose but now a days L I C has lost it's  lustre since sky scrappers has been built. Real estate is really going to a extensive, expensive ,exquisite  level where in mini towns & townships are coming because of large constructions like housing complex, commercial complex & industrial complex in a particular specialised area. Also people are eager to invest in New residential complexes in preferebly away from cities & towns so that people will enjoy fresh natural healthy air & sorroundig clean natural atmosphere.

Really india is growing in real estate & people are really enjoying the benefits of real estate development . once the barren lands what was in hundreds or thousands became Lakhs & now has scaled  to crores but still crores & Crores of people opt to purchase a piece of land & try to create a master piece with that land by crafting & engraving the latest engineering technologies.  More so, the value of Per Square feet of land has really become a feat in the minds of people but with that feat they fulfill the dreams of  per square feet or in other words to say , square feet has more value than money, Civil Engineers say they will do the best ; people say we will give the best .  in yester years people lived in houses which had tiles but now a days they live in styled house A thought of booming real estate indicates that  India is really a super power.
