The huge structure of the palace coupled with the beautiful pillars is an amazing feat of engineering and art.
You can also see a beautiful temple at Navagraham that is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This is also believed to be older than the Meenakshi Temple. Despite the traditions of its ancient past there are several churches and mosques here that co-exist as a perfect symbol of religious harmony.
