  Worst Management, Worst Delivery and Very worst Service.
  
  I have visited Thangans Printing *** Before 6 months, i went for developing a Photo Album.
  I had my own design and i was waiting for two weeks for the output. Daily they used to tell the work ill be finish in half an hour via phone, when asked for the status by morning 11am and i will be visiting by evening, they keep me on wait for abt 2 hours or more and says work is not yet over (some technical terms bla bla) and ill ask me to visit the next day. Same reasons will be spotted on the next day. I will be traveling from 20 KM daily and return back with their fake promise. Finally after 10 days i got the photo Album. I was shocked, they made the album looks ugly and said its because of my design.
  I asked them to re correct my design and make a new design and print a photo album. They accepted and once again i was waiting and waiting for 10 more days.
  Finally they gave the Photo album, Shock again. The design made by them was printed with the same error happened before. when asked they said its not their fault, ' u shd have checked it before cutting' i said i was waiting daily, when asked for the output non of them will respond. Again they blame me and said its my mistake. i dnn understand whats my fault. When asked the Owner, he said in two days he ill make a copy and handle without any problem. After the involvement of the owner i got the call very next day. i went and saw the out before cutting and binding. I found an alignment error on the cutting mark which they made. I called the owner and said about the issue, he said i wont affect the print. I again said it looks like an alignment miss match on the front and backside so please check it before cutting. He said this is just a mark we are experience ect ect.. You dont know about our technical standards.. I said then your wish, when i come tomorrow i dnn want any stupid reason. He said nothing will happen.
  When i came back on the next day at the as said time, Owner is away, Staffs are away, Only a new receptionist is there and handed he the Album.
  I Found the same error, when asked for the owner she said owner is away, i said i will wait and ask her to call him. I waited for more than 2 hours dnn find the owner coming, when asked for his contact number she dnn gave it. After an hour she ask me to leave since it is closing time.
  I was very much disappointed.
  They Lost my Money, Mainly my Time and Effort.
  
  "At last i went to Photo park near Veppamoodu Jun with my own design made earlier. i was there only for 15min they only asked for the Lamination material for the pages noted one by one finally asked the binding color, design and asked me to get the output in 5 days.
  After 3 days i Got the call from them and said the output is ready. when i went they gave the copy the very next second, no waiting. The output is perfect cutting and binding is perfect."
  
  Thangams Printing Solutions Pvt Ltd - Waste total waste, If u visit u should wait for hours, waste of money, time , energy etc..
  Better the owner should visit other Printers around and look at the time management.
