CII Vizag would be organising a programe on Enhancing Productivity & Quality through 3M and 5S on 31st October. Course contents: The course would elaborate on the following: Ø 3M's Muda - (Waste) - Detail the classical Seven wastes in production with examples Mura - (Unevenness) in Shop floor operations Muri - (Strain) in operations Ø 5s Seiri, Seiton, Seiso , Seiketsu, & Shitsuke i.e.. Sort, Arrange, Clean, Standardize, Self Discipline. Ø Roadmap Towards being a model 5S Organization Ø Helpful implementation tips Ø Charts, checksheets, Red Tag preparation etc. would also be dealt with.
