Zoa Morani is a Bollywood actress who made her acting debut in 2011 through the movie, Always Kabhi Kabhi, produced by Red Chilli Corporation. Bhaag Johnny and Mastaan are her next two releases. She has worked as an assistant director to two movies – Om Shanti Om and Halla Bol before making her acting debut. She is the daughter of Karim Morani, noted film maker of Bollywood associated with Cineyug Entertainment. Her debut movie was made under the banner of Shah Rukh Khan’s production house. The movie was a flop, but her performance and beauty impressed the viewers, thus giving her biggest break to Bollywood.

She started off her Bollywood journey as an assistant director for Farah khan’s directorial venture, Om Shanti Om in 2007. She did so, to gather experience in film field before making an acting debut. When Shah Rukh Khan introduced a new set of actors to Bollywood with his home production, Zoa was one among them. Other actors include Ali Fazal and Giselli Monteiro, who also made their Bollywood debut. The story was about an adventurous journey of 4 final year students. The movie was panned by critics and was a box office failure too. Same year she appeared in Lakme Fashion Week. During this time, her father was under CBI scanner for allegedly routing 2G kickbacks. But she denied the news stating that her father has nothing to do with 2G spectrum.

She has been signed for Shyam Benegal's next and her next release is Bhaag Johnny where she plays female lead opposite Kunal Khemu. The movie is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Vikram Bhatt.
