Wriddhiman Saha Biography 
Wriddhiman Saha is an Indian cricketer associated with international cricket as well as domestic cricket and IPLs. He is also the first and only cricketer to score a century in the Indian Premier League final. He plays for Bengal in India domestic cricket and the Kings XI Punjab in IPL. He is the first Indian wicket-keeper to score centuries in home as well as outside Asia, and he made this achievement in 2017, one of the best seasons of the cricketer’s career. He is mostly associated with test cricket, and currently a member of team India.
A wicket keeper for his team, he made his test debut in 2010 against South Africa, and has played 28 matches scoring 1112 runs. His test innings include 3 test centuries and 5 half centuries. He has also played 9 ODIs. As a member of IPL, he has played with Kolkata Knight Riders (2008-2010), Chennai Super Kings (2011-2013) and after that he is associated with Kings XI Punjab till now. He has completed 100 List A cricket matches and 91 First Class matches.
Saha hails from Siliguri, West Bengal. He was born on 24 October 1984. Played cricket since young, Saha played in Under-19s and the Under-22s teams before stepping up to first-class cricket. He debut Ranji Trophy in 2006-2007 season. He scored 111 not out against Hyderabad in his maiden Ranji match. He was also a team member of East Zone team in the Duleep Trophy in the 2007-08 season. He played domestic cricket with Bengal, and a century on his Ranji debut landed him a contract with IPL for the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2008. After that he has been associated with all seasons of IPL.
He made his test debut in 2010 as a reserved wicket keeper for team India. After that he got opportunity to play 28 matches for team India. As a batsman, 2017 has been an outstanding year for Saha so far, who managed to stand at 4th position among Indian cricketers in home matches.
