Vivan Bhatena Biography

Vivan Bhatena is a model and actor who has appeared in a few Bollywood movies. He is popular as the model of popular music video, Meine payal hai chankai of Falguni Pathak. He started his acting career as a child artist through blockbuster movie, Mr. India in 1987 where he played one among the orphan kids who live with Anil Kapoor. Later in the late 1990’s, he started his career as a model and appeared in a few music videos and later joined small screen industry. He was seen in popular daily soaps like Kyon ki saas bhi kabhi bahoo thi, Kumkum, Mayka and Pyaar Ka Bandhan. He has done cameo appearances in Shah Rukh Khan movies like - Chak De India and Rab ne banadi Jodi. He also acted in supporting roles in Karthik Calling Karthik and Talaash.

Vivan Bhathena was born in Amritsar on October 28, 1978. In 1987, he played child artist role in Mr.India. Music video, Meine payal hai chankai of Falguni Pathak provided him a big break to entertainment industry. In 2007, he entered small screen with Chhoona Hai Aasmaan on STAR One, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kumkum on Star Plus. He played the role of Tulsi’s son-in-law Abhishek in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Same year he appeared in a bit role in Chak De India, as Abhimanyu Singh, the fictional vice-captain of the India cricket team.

Later he acted in television serials like Chand Ke Paar Chalo, Mayka, Pyaar Ka Bandhan, Aahat and Sanskaar Laxmi. He played the role of Armaan Kapoor, one among the boys responsible for the death of Kareena Kapoor in 2012 neo-noir mystery film Talaash.
