Trupti Bhoir is a Marathi actress associated with movies and television. She is best known for the role of Najuka in movie Agadbam, the movie produced by herself. She is equally verse in comic roles as well as serious ones. She is a well-established actress of Marathi theatre as well. She has also produced a few Marathi movies like Touring Talkies, Hello Jai Hind, Tujhya Majhya Sansarala Aani Kaay Hav and Agadbam. Char Divas Sasuche and Vadalvaat are her popular television dramas. Though she spent 8 years till now in film industry, she acted in only 7 movies.

She belongs to Mumbai, born in the year 1980. She has been an accomplished theatre artist before entering the mainstream cinema. She is a trained classical dancer and has won many prizes during college competitions as a stage actress. She bagged state-level awards for best acting, during her college days. 'Sahi Re Sahi' was her first break to professional theatre, which was indeed successful. She was already a familiar face among Marathis before entering she entered films.

As an actress she is known for experimenting with her roles and per popular appearances on big screen include - ‘Agadbham’, 'Ishya', 'Ovalte Bhauraya', 'Tujhya Majhya Sansarala', and 'Paulkhuna'. The movie "Touring Talkies” throws light on Maharashtra’s Touring Talkies which had already reached extinction. The movie was produced by Bhoir and it entered the first round of movies listed for the Best Picture category of the Academy Awards. The movie inspired the birth of Indian cinema when Dadasaheb Phalke watched movie in a tent and decided to make first Indian film.
