Tapasvi Mehta Biography 
Tapasvi Mehta is a budding star of Indian television, who became immensely popular as a teenager. He is mostly known for the title role of Ishaan for Disney Channel Season 1 and 2, aired during the period 2009-2011. “Mahima Shani Dev Ki”, "Gumrah: End Of Innocence", "Tujko Hai Salaam Zindgi", "Raavan" and “Ek Safar Aisa Kabhi Socha Na Tha” are other popular shows. He has also appeared in a few television commercials like Frooty soft drink and Red label tea. Mehta started his acting career at the age of 12 and is a popular child artist on Indian television since mid-2000s.
He was born in Mumbai on January 17, 1993. He started his modelling and acting career at a younger age and his first screen appearance was for the television ad, "Essel World". The Hindu mythological serial Raavan in 2005 was his first onscreen appearance as a child actor. It was followed by Tujko Hai Salaam Zindgi, Mahima Shani Dev Ki and Ek Safar Aisa Kabhi Socha Na Tha. As a child artist, his best known role is Isaan for Disney Channel, for which he received multiple nominations for best actor. He was 16 then, when he appeared in the role of a teenager.
Till now, he has appeared in more than 15 television serials portraying various roles - from a child artist to a teenager. He is to debut big screen with "Gaur Hari Dastaan", where he plays the teenager role of the lead hero of the film. He has also acted in a short film called Bubblegum. This 35 minutes is about three friends who got caught in a messy situation.
