Sunil Kashyap Biography 
Sunil Kashyap is a popular music composer and playback singer associated with Telugu cinema. He is associated with music industry since 2008 and caught everyone's attention with his lilting composition in It's My Love Story. He rendered his voice for the Tamil and Telugu versions of Jodha Akbar’s hit track - "Azeemo Shan Shehenshah" composed by A. R. Rahman. He was the winner of the talent show titled 'Ooh Laa Laa', where Rahman acted as a judge. His siblings - Anil Kashyap and Gayathri too are singers.
Sunil's mother tongue is Kannada, but he is fluent in Telugu and associated with Telugu cinema. He spent considerable time in Rayalaseema and that’s how Telugu became a familiar language to him. His father was a violin player and when he went for stage shows, young Kashyap used to accompany him to play tabla. His father was a Mechanical Engineer by profession. Since childhood he composed songs while at home. He reached Hyderabad to pursue MBA and during this time as an MBA student, he learnt Hindustani classical music for two years. But very soon he realized that music is his real passion, not business.
'Ooh Laa Laa' was one of his earliest achievements where he stood first. He is associated with music industry both as a composer and singer. A few of his noted works as a music director include - Vennela 1 ½, Back bench student, Dil Kabaddi and Romeo. In 2012, he composed music for one Bollywood film – Login. Lotus Pond and Ayyare are among his latest works and he has also bagged one Bollywood project - Log directed by Sanjeev.
