Sukirti Kandpal Biography

Sukirti Kandpal is a noted television actress and model, best known for the roles she played in the daily soaps, Dill Mill Gayye and Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani where she played female protagonist. She played ghost’s role in late night horror serial, Ssshhhh...Phir Koi Hai. Rab se sona Ishq, Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath and Jersey No 10 are other noted roles. Sukirti played Jazz, a British-born Indian - the second lead in the show, Rab se sona Ishq. Currently she plays the role of Simran in Kaisa Ye Ishq Hai..ajabsa risk hai. As a model, her best achievement is to represent India at the Miss India World Wide, 2011 pageant in Dubai. She won the title Miss Bollywood Diva and was one of the top 10 contestants.

She was born and brought up in Nainital. Since childhood her dream was to become an actress. But in the small town where she was born, it was not a region which promotes acting. Later she along with her parents moved to Mumbai, though she occasionally visits her hometown. She gets good support and encouragement from parents. Sukirti, with curly hair is a successful model apart from a talented actress and has won many titles at beauty pageants. It was her dream to participate in beauty pageants and she got thrilled after her participation in Miss India World Wide, 2011 pageant in Dubai.

She replaced Shilpa Anand for Dill Mill Gayye on Star One. She played the role of Dr. Riddhima Gupta opposite Karan Singh Grover. Her supporting role as Siddheshwari Singh in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo on ZEE television also earned her loud noise of applause.
