Suhasi Goradia Dhami, often called Suhasi Dhami is a successful television actress best known for playing Goddess Parvati in the popular mythological series - Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev on Life OK. She gained attention for the first time playing Abha aka Swarn Abha Prasad in ZEE TV’s Yahaaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli. She played title role of Urmila Mehta aside Varun Badola in the series - Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein, which marked her television debut. She also played lead role in the weekend show - Aaj Ki Housewife Hai...Sab Jaanti Hai where she was paired with Anirudh Dave.
She was born on 28th April, 1985. Suhasi made her television debut in 2006, where she was offered the title role of Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein. Earlier she had an unsuccessful film career with south Indian movies. However the series didn’t take off. She also played lead role in Aaj Ki Housewife Hai... Sab Jaanti Hai, but faced the same fate. However her supporting role in ZEE TV’s Yahaaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli was her real break to the television world. She bagged the title role of Goddess Parvaty in one of the top rated shows on Indian television - Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev. The role was earlier played by Sonarika Bhadoria and Pooja Banarjee. She replaced Pooja Banerjee.
This beautiful actress bears an uncanny resemblance to famous south Indian actress – Trisha Krishnan, and has been nicknamed as 'Junior Trisha'. Suhasi Goradia is the daughter of noted Gujarati theatre artiste Lata Goradia. She started her career through modelling and TV commercials and landed into Kannada cinema. She debut silver screen with the romantic movie, Haage Summane, the directorial debut of Preetham Gubbi which turned a disaster. She also played female lead in Vaade Kavali opposite Sairam Shankar, before reaching Mumbai. She is married to Jaisheel Dhami and they together appeared in Nach baliye Season 5 in 2013.
