Suby Suresh Biography

Suby Suresh is a Malayalam actress and star anchor of Surya TV. She shot to fame after anchoring the star kid show - ‘Kutty Pattalam’. Kutty Pattalam is one of the highly rated television shows of Malayalam in which Suby interviews small kids between three and eight, about their life related things. Her comedies with instant timing made the show highly popular among kids as well as adults. ‘Cinemala’, a spoof on Asianet was her first show as an anchor and this comic show was also popular. She anchored the show aside noted artist Tini Tom.

During her childhood she was enrolled for dance classes. But very soon her parents realized that it is not Suby’s field. Later her parents enrolled her in Kalabhavan, which offered classes for break dance as they noticed that it was Suby’s real interest. She was one among the artists to perform a spoof in an episode of the show ‘Cinemala’ on Asianet channel and very soon she got an offer to anchor the same show aside Tini Tom. As a performer she has completed more than 12 years till now. When she started she was the only female member of the group.

Surya channel experimented with many anchors for Kutti Pattalam before the role was given to Suby. When she heard that it was for kids, she was reluctant to be a part of it as she felt less experienced. However her friend persuaded her to attend a mock test and eventually she got it. Though she gets many film offers, she is engaged with her stage shows and anchoring right now. This fun loving person is not interested in serials too.
