Siva Balaji Biography

Siva Balaji is a south Indian film actor who works in Telugu and Tamil movies. Telugu movie - Idi Maa Ashokgadi Love Story, released in 2003 marked his screen debut as a hero. Ela Cheppanu, Dost, Arya, Sankranti, Kumkuma, Englishkaran, Pothe poni, Kokila, Sarada Saradaga, Aganthakudu, Annavaram, Pagale Vennela, Podarillu, Chandamama, Target, Masth, Shambo Shiva Shambo, Jagame Maya, and Janda Pai Kapiraju. His role in Pothe poni earned him Copper Nandi Award in the year 2006. He married actress Madhumitha in 2009. They have together worked in one movie, Englishkaaran.

He was born and brought up in Chennai. His father is a businessman. So soon after graduation he joined father in his business. Though he was interested in doing films, he didn’t do any preparations. But once when his uncle asked him if he was interested in films, he said yes and did a photo shoot. Posani Krishna Murali was his photos who forwarded it to Suresh Krishna and thus he got entry to film field in protagonist role. He didn’t take any formal training before facing camera and didn’t own any acting experience. The debut movie was a flop. His first hit movie was Arya released in 2004, where he played supporting role next to Allu Arjun.

After the success of Aarya, he turned to a matured actor who was willing to accept any kind of challenging roles. Chandamama was his next noted performance which won everyone’s heart. He played the character of Dora Babu. He did a bit role in Pawan kalyan’s Annavaram as he wanted to work with him in one movie. Apart from an actor, he is an entrepreneur and businessman too, who owns a farm "Villa Grand'E'" near Nellore for Emu farming and Seana Products Pvt Ltd in 2013 for the supply of Emu meat.
