Shilpa Tulaskar Biography 
Shilpa Tulaskar is an Indian actress who mostly concentrates on Marathi and Hindi serials. She has also appeared in several television ads since 1990s and is a very familiar and popular face on mini screen. This talented actress played the role of queen Mena in popular television series - Devon Ke Dev – Mahadev. She is also associated with Marathi theatre and has also appeared in a few movies. She has completed 22 years in the field of entertainment. She played Riddhima - the female lead in Dill Mill Gayye.
After schooling she studied at Ramnarain Ruia College. Though she wanted to pursue BA English literature, she joined Economics. It was during this time when she got exposed to cultural activities. Shilpa had to face good competition from other colleges like Ruparel, Dahanukar and Parle. She was spotted by theater personality Arun Nalawade who offered her the very first role in commercial theater. She was studying in class 12 when she got this role. Marathi play 'Jawai Majha Bhala' was one of her earliest works followed by India’s first soap opera Shanti on Doordarshan in the mid 1990s. Since then she took acting professionally and even after marriage and delivering two kids she continued in the same field. She is married to Vishal Shetty and their kids are Vivaan and Shaaiva.
'Dil Mil Gaye', 'Ladies Special', 'Devon Ka Dev Mahadev' and 'Veer Shivaji' are her popular Hindi serials and she has done noted performance in Marathi serials like 'Megha Datale','Vaibhav', 'Runijhunu' and 'Unch Majha Jhoka'. She played lead roles in lead roles in Marathi films like 'Devki' and 'Dombivali Fast', and supporting roles in 'Anandache Zhaad','Kalchakra', 'Sanai Choughade' etc. She has also appeared in Bollywood movies like 'Mujse Friendship Karoge', ‘Krazzy 4’ etc.
