Seerat Kapoor Biography

Seerat Kapoor is south Indian film actress from Mumbai. She made her film debut with 2014 Telugu film - Run Raja Run, where she played the lead role opposite Sharwanand. The interesting script received positive reviews from critics and was a box office hit. The movie was directed by Sujeeth and released under the banner - UV Creations. Two of her Telugu movies got released in 2015 – Columbus and Tiger, and both opened to positive reviews. Thus this Mumbai girl with a dream start in Tollywood has a promising career ahead. In 2014 she made her Bollywood debut with Zid, in a supporting role. In all the three Telugu movies she acted till now, she worked with debut directors and all proved successful also.

Born in Mumbai, Seerat is a trained dancer. She got trained in dance and acting from Roshan Taneja School of Acting and since the age of 15, she is a performer at Ashely Lobo Performing Arts Academy. Her entry to Bollywood was as an assistant choreographer and dance instruction at the age of only 15 and she too dreamt to become a Bollywood actress. She has worked as an assistant choreographer for Ranbir Kapoor starrer Rockstar in 2011, before her acting debut two years later.  

With the movie Run Raja Run (2013), gorgeous actress Seerat Kapoor entered into Telugu Cinema. She is noted for her curly hair and cute looks. The movie was also a box office hit. Though she found it very difficult to tell the dialogues in the first movie, slowly she felt it comfortable. In 2015, she acted in two movies, Columbus and Tiger and both got noticed. She played the pivot role of Nancy inher debut Bollywood flick – Zid.
