Sanjeeda Sheikh is a popular and successful actress associated with Hindi TV soaps. Sanjeeda is best known for playing the female lead Nimmo in 2005 TV series - Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa. She also played female lead in the revenge saga, Ek Hasina Thi aired on Star Plus in 2014. She is married to noted TV actor and model, Aamir Ali since 2012. They have worked together in TV shows. The couple together participated in the dance reality show, Nach Baliye 3 in 2007 and emerged as winners. They also appeared in the show, Power Couple. Sanjeeda has also played negative and grey shaded roles for TV shows such as Kayamat.

She currently plays the female lead in Colors TV - Ishq Ka Rang Safed since 2015. Mishal Raheja plays the male lead. She is one of the most popular female stars of Hindi small screen, and she has stayed at the top for a long time since her debut in 2005. Sanjeeda is a recipient of numerous awards and nominations in her acting career. Her negative character in Kayamat earned her Best Actor Negative Female award at Zee Gold Awards in 2008. She won Gr8 Performer of the year in the Indian Television Academy Awards in the year 2014. Her role as Durga in Ek Haseena Thi earned her Most Stylish Female award at Star Parivaar Awards 2014.

She was born in Kuwait in 20 December 1984. She was born to Indian parents. She completed her graduation in arts. She spent her younger days in Ahmedabad. She came to Mumbai for the first time to help her friend to open a dance school. She spent a few years in Mumbai and started dance classes in fusion dance forms too. She first appeared in a few south Indian films before she was spotted by Ekta Kapoor and casted her for the female lead for the show, Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa. The show was a success and she decided to stay in the industry.
