Sameera Reddy Biography 
Sameera Reddy is an Indian actress who primarily appears in Hindi films and Tamil films. She has also acted in films of other languages like Telugu, Bengali and Malayalam.
Sameera Reddy was born on 14th December 1982 in Rajamundry in Andhra Pradesh. Her father’s name is Chintapoli Reddy and her mother’s name is Nakshatra Reddy. Her father is a businessman and her mother is a microbiologist. She has two sisters, Meghna Reddy who is a model and video jockey and Sushma Reddy who is an actress in Hindi film industry. She is the youngest of the three.
Sameera completed her schooling at Bombay Scottish School in Mahim in Mumbai and obtained her degree from Sydenham College. She had no glamorous look in her teenage and she herself quoted once that she was plump and wore glasses and was the calm one among her sisters.
After completing her graduation, she got a chance to appear in the music video of the ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas titled Aur Aahista. She got a chance to perform in an important role in the Hindi film Maine Dil Tujhko Diya in 2002. Her debut film in Tamil Vaaranam Aayiram was a great success.
She is a great fan of Oprah Winfrey of America. She met her during visit to India and presented her a saree as a gift as Winfrey was very impressed with the saree that Sameera was wearing. Two of her films were showcased at the Toronto Film Festival 2007 titled Migration and The Voyeurs. She is considered as the symbol of fashion, sex and beauty.
She is the first Indian actress to have her own video game named Sameera The Street Fighter which has been downloaded by millions of her fans. Seeing her international appeal, BBC has asked her to be the guest actor in the hit series Casualty.
