Saindhavi Biography 
Saindhavi is a famous Carnatic singer of Tamil. She is a playback singer too. She started performing at the age of 12 and has released a few albums and did playback singing as well. She is one of the youngest singers of the industry who is equally verse in Carnatic music as well. Saindhavi is married to famous composer G. V. Prakash Kumar on 27 June 2013 in Chennai. She owns many popular songs of Tamil in her name. Songs like Adada Mazhaida of Paiyya, Vizhigalil Oru Vaanavili of Daivathirumakal and Randankakka of Aniyan are huge hits of Tamil in the recent times.
Her big hits of Telugu are Premadesam Yuvarani of Shakti, Maamidi komma ki of Avakai Biryani and Yedho of Sasirekha Parinayam. "Mussanje rangalli" in Kannada movie Psycho was also an instant hit. She has sung title songs for the TV serials, Idhu oru kaadhal kadhai, Edhir neechal, Chellamay Chellam and Magalir Mattum which are popular too. She is one of the lead vocalists in the popular series of albums Sacred Chants by Kosmic Music. Her devotional album on Lord Krishna titled 'Alilayil Urangukinra Mayakkannane' was also successful.
Saindhavi was born on 3 January 1989. She completed her schooling at Chettinad Ashram School in Chennai. Her entry to playback singing was through Aniyan of Harris Jayaraj’s music. All songs of the movie were big hits in the year 2005 thus making it a successful debut. A few of her popular songs include - Yaar Indha Saalai Oram of Thalaivaa, Ippadi Mazhai Adithaal of Vedi, Manjal Mugame of ABCD, Thanjavoor Jillakkari of Sura, Pirai Thedum of Mayakkam enna, Aaruyire Aaruyire of Madrasipattanam, Ready Readya and Onnu randu of Mapillai, Thaiya Thaka of vettai, Kannamoochi Aatam of Kannamoochi Yenada, Achu vella karumbae of Thotti Jaya and Kelamal Kaiyile of Azhagiya Tamil Magan are a few of her memorable songs.
