Rushi Raj Pawar Biography

Rushiraj Pawar is a young and budding actor of Hindi television industry. He shot to fame playing Kartikeya in Life OK's famous mythological show "Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev”. An episode of "Gumraah" on Channel V, Zee TV's Maharakshak Devi and "Prayaschit" on Sony TV are other appearances. Currently he plays the role of Patta in Maharana Pratap. He played the young Chandragupta Maurya in Imagine TV's Chandragupta Maurya. This actor has always gained success for his roles in mythological or history epic serials and audience has loved him in that wonderful costumes with which they are familiar with. He also contested in dance reality show "Nachle ve" with Saroj Khan on Imagine TV and has delivered his best performance.

He was born on 15 October 1997 in West Bengal, Kolkata. He started off with reality shows on Indian television. He got easily recognized by the show judged by Saroj Khan. It proved to be his real breakthrough and very soon he received offers from television producers. He also appeared in a few films as a child artist and has won one prestigious awards for television. He won “ITA Award for Best Child Artist”. He also won nomination at Indian Telly awards for his outstanding performance as a child artist.

Modelling, acting and listening music are his hobbies. Currently he is studying. Till now, Chandragupta Maurya, Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev, Prayaschit and Gumraah are the popular roles he played on mini screen, of which his role as Karthikeya is appreciated most. He is the popular young face in mythological and historical shows. He donned the role of the younger Chandragupt, which was his first major success on small screen.
