Ritesh Deshmukh Biography 
Ritesh Deshmukh is an Indian actor and television presenter. He made his debut in 2003 through the film Tujhe Meri Kasam. However the films that brought him commercial success and fame were Masti and Bardaasht.
He was born on 17th December 1978 in Latur in Mumbai in Maharashtra in a Marathi family. His father is Vilasrao Deshmukh. He served as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra earlier and is serving as the Union Minister of Science, Technology and Earth Sciences in the Government of India. His mother is Vaishali Deshmukh and has two brothers Amit Deshmukh and Dheeraj Deshmukh.
He studied at D. Somani High School and at the Kamala Raheja School of Architechture. He studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute at New York. He had witnessed the terrorist attack in November 2008 and was involved in controversy on account of that.
Some of the films that he has acted include Out of Control, Naach, Kya Kool Hai Hum, Mr Ya Miss, Home Delivery: Aapko… Ghar Tak, Bluffmaster!, Apna Sapna Money Money, Darna Zaroori Hai, Malamaal Weekly, Namastey London, Cash, Heyy Babyy, Dhamaal, Om Shanti Om, De Taali, Chamku, Do Knot Disturb, Rann, Housefull, Double Dhamaal, Love Breakups Zindagi, etc.
He won Star Screen Awards for Best Comedian and Zee Cine Awards for Best Comedian and nominated for the IIFA Awards for Best Comedian for the film Masti. He also received Stardust Awards for Best Supporting Actor for the film Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, Zee Cine Awards for Best Comedian for the film Bluffmaster. He also received the Entertainer of the Year 2008 award and IIFA Award for the Best Performance in a Comic Role for the film Housefull. He was also nominated for IIFA Best Comedian Award for the film Bluffmaster and Star Screen Awards for the Most Promising Newcomer – Male for the film Tujhe Meri Kasam.
