Rati Pandey Biography

Rati Pandey is a very successful actress on small screen, known for her roles in Hitler Didi, Miley Jab Hum Tum, Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai and Shaadi Street. Apart from a successful actress, she has also hosted several television award functions and has also contested in several reality shows. Played lead roles for numerous series like Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai, Hitler Didi and Miley Jab Hum Tum, she is one of the top television actress.

She was born in Assam, where she spent her childhood days. She has been a prankster during her childhood days which she enjoyed most. At the age of 7, her family moved to Patna followed by Delhi. She thinks, she has stayed with her friends, which is the best part of all these shifts. Since childhood her dreams kept changing and the only thing she was sure about – should never work under a boss. She dreamt about becoming pilot, scientist, business etc in childhood fantasies. She was inclined towards arts subjects and used to get low marks in Maths. She was interested in singing, dancing and organising cultural events. Actor Sushant Rajput Singh’s elder sister was her classmate. She completed graduation in Economics.

She started her career as a participant for the singing reality show - Idea Zee Cinestars ki Khoj in 2006 and later appeared in a few musical video albums and TV commercials. She also worked as a junior artist in Sanjay Dutt's movie Lage Raho Munna Bhai. She played lead role of Nandini in Deepti Bhatnagar's Shaadi Street on Star One, followed by Miley Jab Hum Tum and most notably - Hitler Didi. Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan, Ritz Jee Le Ye Pal and Comedy Circus are some of the reality shows in which she participated.
