Priyanshu Chatterjee is a successful model and actor of Bollywood. He is popular with the movie - Tum bin released in the year 2001. His other movies include – Aapko pehle bhi kahi dekha hai, Julie, Bhootnath, Chintu ji, Film star, Madhoshi, Main Rony Aur Jony, Shunyo Awnko, Blue Neptune, Desh drohi 2, Sirphire, Rajadhani express, Koi Mere Dil Mein Hai, Gumshuda, Dil ka rista, Utthaan, Moner Manush and Pinjar. He was married to actress cum TV Anchor Malini Sharma who is most popular with the movie Raaz. But the couple got separated in the year 2001. They got married long before Raaz happened – in 1997.

Priyanshu Chatterjee completed his bachelor degree in Commerce before he landed in movies and modeling. While doing an internship to become a chartered accountant, he decided to take modeling as his profession. His good looks helped him a lot to get assignments and it paved him straight way to Bollywood too. He has worked for many brands like Wills, Digjam and Levi’s and Four. He worked in the music video of Udit Narayan during this time.

Priyanshu Chatterjee debut Bollywood with Tum Bin in the year 2001. He studied from Kishore Namit Kapoor's School of Acting before joining Bollywood. He was casted along with a set of new models and this movie was a surprise sleeper hit. The music also helped a lot in the success of the movie. The movie had less known artists like Priyanshu, Rakesh Bapat, Sandali Sinha and Himanshu Malik. The pairing of Priyanshu Chatterjee and Sandali Sinha was experimented in a few more films like Main Rony Aur Jony and Pinjar. But in Pinjar, he played the role of Urmila’s fiancée, not Sandali’s. This movie was critically well acclaimed one and has witnessed a handful of powerful performances including Priyanshu Chatterjee, Urmila and Manoj Bajpai.

Priyanshu Chatterjee was paired opposite Aiswarya Rai in the movie Dil ka rista. Except the lovely songs, the collections were below expectations. In 2005 movie, Koi mere dil mein hai, he was paired opposite Diya Mirza. In Bhootnath, he played the role of Amitabh Bachchan’s son. In the bold movie, Neha Dupia’s Julie, he played multi-millionaire’s role.
