Prinal Oberoi Biography

Prinal Oberoi is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Hindi television serials. The actress has a number of TV shows and films to her credit, and she has worked in one Gujarati film in a traditional role. She is married to actor Pankaj Singh since 2014. As a television actress, she is best known for essaying the roles of Ridhima and Kaira Varun Dhanrajgir in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha (Season 1) and Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara respectively. She also appeared in investigation thrillers - Crime Patrol, CID etc. Currently she plays the role of Charumitra in historic series, Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.

Her full name is Prinal Oberoi Singh, and she hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. She celebrates her birthday on 24^th December. She completed her schooling from Sir C. J High School, Tardeo. She is into modelling and dancing is her favourite hobby too. Prinal married her co-actor Pankaj Bhuveneshvar Singh in Feb 2014 in Varanasi. They had a yearlong courtship before they tied knot. She was seen in a brief role in Shahid Kapoor-Vidya Balan starrer Kismet Connection, before she made her television debut. But as a child artist she has appeared in CID in the late 1990s and in Crime Patrol (Dastak) during 2003-2004.

She made her debut as an adult actress through Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha (Season 1), where she essayed the role of Kaira Varun Dhanrajgir. She was seen in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara during 2013-2014. She currently plays Charulatha in Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat and her character is slowly gaining popularity among the viewers. She is often compared with Rani Mukherjee, her screen idol for which the actress is happy. She is quite popular among viewers for her style quotient in the show. She tries something new with hair style and patterns of jewellery worn on forehead, which keeps audience hooked to it. She has already made more than 100 hairstyles for the show.
