Prakash Amritraj Biography 
Prakash Amritraj is an Indian sportsman playing the game of tennis. His highest world ranking is 154 as of 15th June 2009.
Prakash Amritraj was born on 2nd October 1983 in Los Angeles in California. His father is the popular tennis player Vijay Amritraj who has played at Wimbledon and Davis Cup matches. His mother’s name is Shyamala Amritraj. He has one younger brother named Vikram Amritraj.
Prakash though a non-resident Indian, represented India in the Davis Cup tournaments. When he was doing his higher studies in business management in the University of Southern California, he played for the college.
He has won three straight ITF Pro Circuit tournaments in India and he played his first ATP Tour finals on 14th July 2008. He entered as a wildcard in the qualifier at the 2012 Comerica Bank Challenger in Aptos held at California but lost in that.
