Palak Muchhal Biography 
Palak Muchhal is the latest sensation of Bollywood with the release of the song album of Aashique-2. The songs for Shraddha Kapoor as a singer - Chahun Main Yaa Na and Meri Aashiqui were sung by this young singer in a cute voice. Apart from a successful singer, she is a good person as well. She along with her brother performs stage shows across India and abroad to raise funds for poor children for their treatment of heart diseases. As of May 2013 she has raised funds of 25 million through her charity shows which has helped to save lives of 572 children suffering from heart disease and has entered in both Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of World Records for great achievements in social work. Her efforts were appreciated by Government as well as several public institutions. As a playback singer, her most noted works are Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Aashiqui 2 (2013).
Palak Muchhal was born on 30 March 1992 in a middle class family of Indore. Her father, Rajkumar Muchhal, serves as an accountant in a private firm and her mother, Amita Muchhal, is a homemaker. It’s her younger brother Palash Muchhal who accompanies her in stage shows. Now she is doing her final year in B.Com in Indore.
Palak started learning music at the age of 4 and joined Kalyanji-Anandji Little Star, a group of young singers that time. During the Kargil War of 1999, at the age of 7, she sang in different shops to raise fund for the families of martyrs of Kargil war. In 1999 Odisha cyclone also, she did the similar way to collect funds for the needy. Once teachers of a school approached her, to arrange a show to raise fund for the treatment of a poor student of their school, suffering from heart disease. She agreed it and was able to raise 51,000 rupees for his treatment.
In 2011, Muchhal entered in Bollywood as professional playback singer. Yet she continues to do the charity work through singing, for the heart treatment of poor children. Apart from Aashique, her hit songs are Laapatha of Ek tha tiger, Lamhaa Tera Mera of Zanjeer, Tui Borsha Bikeler Dheu of Rocky and Nainon Ne Nainon Se of ‘From Sydney with love’.
