P B Srinivas Biography 
He debut in 1952 in Hindi movie 'Gemini'. Soon he gave his voice to numerous Tamil songs including Gemini Ganesan's Veeryapandiya kattabomman and Kappalottiya Tamizan. The movie Jathaka Phala made him a great star and very soon he sang for other languages as well. Putra Dharmam was his first Malayalm movie and the song 'mamalakalkkappurathu' is quite popular now also.
He created his own path by unique voice and rendered his voice to all south Indian languages as well as Hindi. He has written many Telugu ghazals and he was proficient in all South Indian languages and Hindi. He has sung duets and tripplets with almost leading singers of India. Latha Mangeshkar, Janaki, Asha Bhosle, Jamuna Rani, Bhanumathi and Easwari were among them.
Kadru Venniyidai kannamma - song written by Bharathiyar is one among the best of his songs at early stage. Before he died of severe heart attack, he contributed more than 2000 songs to film world. All of them are really precious gems.
