Nitin Sahrawat Biography

Nitin Sahrawat is a successful Indian actor and model. He has appeared in numerous television ads on Indian and Pakistani television. As a television actor, he is best known for the role, Rajveer Singh Ahluwalia in Kitani Mohabbat Hai Season 2. He is married to noted television actress, Vaishnavi Dhanraj and they got married in 2012. The two had first met on the set of Nitin's show Kitani Mohabbat Hai Season 2 and they dated for a brief period before getting married. He appeared in one of the most popular shows of Sony television, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain in the role of antagonist.

 

Nitin was born in an intellectual family of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. His father is an attorney while his mother was a professor and Nitin completed Mechanical Engineering at Bapuji Institute of Engineering & Technology, Davangere, Karnataka. Nitin started his modelling career in 2002 and very soon he became a successful model and regularly featured in many print ads and TV ads. Nitin Sahrawat was the face of many international launches in India. Pedigree Petfoods, Nokia N72 and Tetley are those leading brands with which Nitin has been associated with, since their launch in India. With the popular cricket campaign, "Jeet Lo Dil" he became popular in Pakistan too and it resulted in his successful beginning in Pakistan Television commercials as a model.

 

Though he was signed for two Indian movies, both the projects got shelved and finally he made his debut through small screen. Balaji Telefilms' popular show Kitani Mohabbat Hai marked his television debut. It was followed by two more Balaji Telefilms shows, Savdhaan India and Parichay. He keeps momentum with both his modeling and small screen career till now.
