Nikhil Paul George Biography 
Nikhil Paul George is an upcoming musician and playback singer of Bollywood. He was noticed for singing the song, Me Kya Karoo of 2012 release Barfi. He is also known as a guitarist, composer and music arranger. A duet with Shreya Ghosal - ‘Aashiyan…’ is next noted song of the same movie and the music was given by Pritam. Nikhil Paul George, who has roots in Kerala currently stays in London and his family is settled in Nagpur. At present he works on incorporating music production, composition and arrangement. He has associated with music of movies like Dhoom 3, Race 2, Bodyguard, Cocktail, Dum Maaro Dum, Mausam etc where he has been assigned the jobs like Vocal Arrangement, Production & Programming and Guitar & Bass Performance.
He was born to Malayali parents, father from Kottayam and mother from Thiruvananthapuram. His parents are now settled in Nagpur. Though he is not proficient in his mother tongue, he tries to roll his tongue to pronounce difficult words in Malayalam very often. He is not proficient in Marathi either, though he was brought up in Nagpur. He completed graduation in computer science from Nagpur University and moved to London to study composition at the Royal College of Music. Now he is settled in London working as a freelancer. He also works in churches on Sundays. He has one sister who is married and settled in Mumbai.
He was born in a musical family and his father’s interest in music had made a great influence on him. I started with learning the Western classical guitar. He attended the exams conducted by Trinity College of Music and after diploma he worked for a short period as a music teacher in Bangalore before leaving to London. He was introduced to Pritam through a common friend and he worked as a sound engineer, programmer, conductor and a few more roles before making his debut as a singer.
