Manmeet Singh (music Composer) Biography

Manmeet Singh is an ace Music Composer and singer associated with Bollywood at present. He, along with his sibling Harmeet Singh and Anjjan Bhattacharya together forms - Meet Bros Anjjan, which has delivered many Bollywood singles. Their songs featuring Kanika Kapoor have become instant chartbusters. In fact the trio became popular through their compositions sung by Kanika Kapoor such as "Baby Doll" of Ragini MMS 2 and "Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan" of Roy. The song "Baby Doll" pictured on Sunny Leone was an instant chartbuster. Since then they have composed songs for many movies of Sunny. By mid-2015 Anjjan has decided to split from the brothers and pursue a solo career as he feels he doesn’t get the credit he actually deserves. At present the sibling duo is known by the name, Meet Bros.

Manmeet Singh and Harmeet Singh are siblings. Better known as the Meet Brothers, the duo originally belongs to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He studied in Scindia School, Gwalior ad since then both the brothers were exposed to singing and acting. Both the brothers later moved to Mumbai for graduation at Sydenham College. While at Mumbai they got opportunity to express their talent in music. They are tried modeling at that time, and appeared in a few college plays too. They have acted in Hindi soaps such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kkusum. Yet they both concentrated on to music career. They started performing across the country and released their first album five years later. Their debut album, Boond was composed by Sanjeev Srivastava.

Since young the brothers were interested in singing and once they were spotted by famous singer Mahendra Kapoor who encouraged the siblings to take music as career. Jogi Singh Barnala Singh was the duo’s first single which got noticed. So they left acting career and completely concentrated on to music. Anjjan had a long association of more than 18 years with the duo before he decided to start hi solo career. Bros were popular when Anjjan met them for the first time.

The trio has given some smash hits to Bollywood. Mostly composing singles to films, they have also worked for the album - Ki & Ka in 2016. Now it has been a trend to give one or two songs of an album to Meet Bros, and they mostly compose fast tracks and peppy numbers. Some of their popular songs are included in the films – Baaghi, Ragini MMS 2, Roy, Kick, Bozz, Zanjeer, Bhoothnath Returns, OMG!, One Night Stand, Singh Is Bliing, Calendar Girls, Ek Paheli Leela, Hate Story 3, Hate Story 2, Bhoothnath Returns and many more. They marked Bollywood debut with 2010 film - Isi Life Mein, where they composed all songs.
