Manasi Parekh Gohil Biography 
Manasi Parekh Gohil is a television and theatre actress and a trained singer. She has also appeared in a few television ads. The television series, ‘Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi’ marked her acting debut and she has won the music reality show Star Ya Rockstar. Through the theatre plays, Maru Piyu Gayu Rangoon and Bahut Nachiyo Gopal, she earned appreciation as an actress. She has most recently launched her music album with a few experiments of fusion. She is married to Gujarati singer Parthiv Gohil.
She played protagonist in television series – Gulaal and India Calling. She has also appeared in Remote Control, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge and Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai. She made her big screen debut through Tamil movie, Leelai in 2012 where she played the lead role of Karunai Malar. She was paired opposite another debutant Shiv Pandit. Though the movie was a delayed release, it gathered critics’ appreciation.
She was born on July 10, 1986 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She completed graduation in English Literature and Indian Classical Music. She took acting as her career as she felt it’s a creative work. She is a trained classical singer also and has won Zee TV's singing reality show Star Ya Rockstar. She has also given vocals for Bollywood movie, Devdas. After a series of roles in television, she debut big screen with Leelai, a Tamil romantic comedy in 2012 which received positive reviews. Though the movie was given average publicity and a lagged release with newcomers, the movie was a moderate hit at box office.
‘Yeh Kaisi Life’ marked her Bollywood debut and the movie was premiered at the IFFI Festival in Goa. Travel, photography and writing are other hobbies of Manasi. She is active in blogging which primarily focuses on travel and poems.
