Mahika Sharma is an Indian actress and model, who appears in television shows. She is a successful model who won Miss Teen Northeast and Face of Bismoi beauty pageants in Assam. She has also appeared in a few Bollywood films. As a successful model she has done many ramp walks including Lakme Fashion week. She has also appeared in music videos as a model.

Mahika was born in Tinsukia, Assam on 26 July 1994. Her family originally belongs to Haryana, who later shifted to Assam. Her father Nandlal Sharma runs an Ayurvedic medical store. Her mother Suman Sharma is a homemaker and Mahika’s elder sister is a fashion Designer, who is married to a businessman. She lost her father most recently in 2015. She completed schooling from Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya School in Tinsukia. Though she pursued her graduation in law from NEF Law College at Guwahati, she discontinued her studies to pursue a career in modelling.

One of the top models from East, she has won many beauty pageants till now. She is the first Indian model to reach the top 10 of the pageant Miss Universal Peace and Humanity. Sharma is set to produce a TV show focusing on Assamese fashion, food items, festivals and more. She feels that people in general get inspired by actors on TV shows. She wants to bring Assamese culture to great notice. Mahika is a pure vegetarian and an animal lover. She is a social worker too who has setup NGOs for poor girls and women for providing them education.

This dusky model loves dark shades. Purple is her favourite colour. She is also a loyal user of ayurvedic and homemade products. She feels herself to be a wonderful dancer but a poor singer. She openly admits that she is an attention seeker. Ajay Devgan is her favourite Bollywood actor, and she wants to date Ranvir Singh.
