Lasini Biography

Lasini is an Indian actress who works in Tamil movies, known for the film, Moondru Per Moondru Kaadhal released in 2013. She is a very successful Indian model who has been featured in Kingfisher Calendar who later pursued films. She has appeared in ads and has walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week before she received the first film offer through south Indian films. Moondru Per Moondru Kaadhal, her debut flick was a Tamil romance film co-edited, co written and directed by Vasanth. The movie included an ensemble cast of Arjun, Cheran, Vimal, Muktha Bhanu and also Surveen Chawla, who earlier worked in Bollywood films. The movie opened with mixed reviews and was only average at box office.

Lasini started modelling while at college. As a child model she was very fat. But she always felt that good looking people have an easy life, hence she wanted to be a part of that category. She is a pretty chilled out person who love to eat and eat to live, as Lasini asserts. During her modelling career, Lasini has appeared in ads and has walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week. She was lucky enough to feature as calendar model for the prestigious brand Kingfisher, which paved her way to films as well. She appeared as a bikini model for Kingfisher.

Lasini is the name of a goddess as per Hindu mythology. Her first stint with modelling was when she joined the 'I Am She' pageant. She was clueless what to do and what not to. But slowly she started to take in as much as she could within the training time that she spent with the team there. If she gets good opportunities in Bollywood, she would definitely want to do it. Watching movies, finding new places to eat and chilling with friends are her favourite hobbies.
